Claire and Tom learned to cook at the award-winning cafe-bar Blue Sky in Bangor, North Wales.
We pride ourselves on using the freshest locally sourced seasonal ingredients and creating exciting and delicious meals. We gladly cater to any dietary requirements or preferences, and meal times are completely flexible. We have a bring-your-own policy for alcoholic drinks, which can be brought in by boat.
All meals are included as part of your stay at Skiary, and are served in our heated greenhouse, with panoramic views of the Loch and wildlife. Have a look below at some examples of Skiary meals:
Your choice of a gourmet cooked breakfast; home-made granola with natural yoghurt, honey and a luxury fruit platter; and plentiful rounds of toast, served with hand-ground coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.
